It finally happened, after 28 years my old gas furnace finally quit! Replacing a furnace seems a bit daunting, especially when you only do it every couple of decades. I searched reviews and asked for suggestions on social media. The company that kept coming up was Taylor Heating and Air, so I called them. "Comfort Advisor" Nar Lopez came out and went over a few options with me since I was looking into AC also. Later that evening he sent out broken down estimates for the three options we discussed. Absolutely no sales pressure. Just the information that I needed to make an informed decision. No pressure sales, great reviews and great no interest financing made it an easy decision to go with Taylor. Install day came a week later. The old furnace was quickly removed and the new furnace and air conditioning was installed in a short day by install lead Daniel and installer Josh who did a very professional install. Josh must have went under the house a dozen times and was very driven to fix any old issues with my ducting as well as making sure my install was clean. Daniel problem solved and made sure all issues were addressed, he definitely knows what he is doing. Riley the electrician dropped in a sub panel (not typically needed) and ran the new wiring to the outside AC unit in a very clean professional install. Nar has been by a couple of times after the install to answer questions, always seems happy to respond. A great experience from start to finish with this company. I highly recommend them.
