We requested technician Ron Cassel for our annual furnace inspection. We had worked previously with Ron when our AC died and found that he is super nice as well as extremely thorough and proficient. He did a complete inspection of our heating system both above and below ground (ducting) and answered all our questions in a complete and understandable manner. Taylor Heating and AC has not only quick service but very reasonable rates – only praise for this company. We are so pleased with Ron and Taylor Heating/AC that we signed up for an annual repair contract and look forward to having them take care of our home heat and AC units from now on.
