He stayed for a while just to make sure it wasn’t going to malfunction again and just charged me the fee for the estimate (even though he stayed for quite a while! )He told me if it malfunctions again he would come back and not to worry about the fee again. I was without heat for over two weeks. Pierce County sent representatives to my home to bring electric blankets as well as plugin heaters. However, despite their efforts I could not get warm. I reached out to multiple local companies and explained my situation, unfortunately no one would help me resolve my heating disaster. Two weeks without heat for someone my age is a very long time. Finally, I found Taylor Heating and AC, but I was unable to purchase a brand new furnace. They decided to help and donate a brand new furnace and resolve my situation. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and warm. I can not say enough good things about this company, from the HVAC technicians to the owner of the company, every single staff member went above and beyond to help me in my difficult situation.
